Avondale Road & Ballito Drive, Ballito - between the main shopping centre (Lifestyle) and Ballito main beach (about 1.8 kilometers from the main beach and 400 meters from Lifestyle Shopping Centre). It is situated in a secure, fully fenced complex with double lockup garage and includes the following:

The main bedroom (upstairs with one queen size bed) has it's own en-suite bathroom with shower, while the other bathroom (also with shower) service the other two bedrooms. Downstairs are two bedrooms - one bedroom with two three-quarter beds, an airconditioner + stand-up fan and the other bedroom with a queen size bed with single-bed on top + a stand-up fan. Duvets and linen are provided, but bring your own beach and bath towels and own linen for the double fold down bunker in the living area upstairs.
The lounge has a Hi-Fi, DVD player, TV and DSTV decoder (please bring own smartcard) and the open-plan dining room includes an 8-seater dining room table..
Both upstairs and the downstairs areas open onto patios where you can relax while you braai and enjoy your sun-downers.
The large, spacious and fully equipped kitchen includes a built-in stove as well as a microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, toaster, kettle and all the cutlery and crockery to serve 12 people. Secure with burglar proofing and alarm.
The house is also serviced three times a week.
